		<description><![CDATA[误区1：贪多求快 有的家长对喂养孩子缺乏耐心，不管孩子是否吃饱了、是否喜欢吃，总是强行给孩子喂奶、灌食物。这样不但加重孩子的消化负担，伤害肠胃，而且可能引起孩子长大后厌食、叛逆。还有的家长只顾把自己喜欢吃的食物添加给孩子，忽视了营养和婴儿的口味，也是错误的。 辅食添加应讲究少量、多次、现做。传统思想认为把孩子喂得胖乎乎的就营养、健康，这其实是一种无知。营养讲究均衡，脂肪、糖类过多导致今后患糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、癌症等危险性增加。 误区2：辅食添加过早或过晚 有的婴儿在0~3 个月就被喂食半固体、固体食物，这将伤害其消化系统，而且营养也难以吸收。孩子在这个时期肠胃很脆弱，只能喂给其母乳和米汤、果菜汁等液体。 婴儿4~6 个月大时，应开始添加辅食作为母乳的补充，过晚则导致营养不足，影响小孩的身体发育、健康状况。 误区3：品种过少 我们经常可见到一些孩子偏食、挑食，导致营养不均衡、体弱多病，而这往往是因为婴儿时期吃的食物品种单一造成的。如果家长只将自己爱做的几种食物给孩子吃，那就埋下了隐患。要注意品种丰富、荤素搭配，给孩子均衡的营养，并可让他(她)从小就形成食物多样化的好习惯。 误区4：饮食不健康 我们每个人应坚持清淡饮食的原则，控制油、盐、糖类的摄入，这也是世界卫生组织和中国营养学会的建议。应该从婴儿期开始培养健康饮食的习惯。有的家长让孩子让食物过甜、过咸，甚至添加味精、鸡精等调味品，婴儿从小形成了不良的习惯。 误区5：不讲卫生 有的家长经常将婴儿吃的食物存放在冰箱里，很容易滋生细菌。还有的餐具、厨具不消毒，食物不新鲜、不卫生、来源不可靠等，或者自己吃过的食物再喂给孩子吃，这都是不卫生的。 误区6：用奶嘴喂食 这是新妈们最容易踩进的误区，有的婴儿习惯通过人工奶嘴喝液体食物，甚至晚上含着它睡觉。使用人工奶嘴会造成污染，还可发生胃肠道过敏反应，更重要的是易使婴儿产生乳头错觉由于人工奶嘴比妈妈的乳头更软，只需轻轻吸就能喝到食物，导致孩子以后就拒绝吸吮母乳。 正确的方法是盛入碗或杯内用勺喂​​食宝宝，这样能锻炼宝宝嘴和舌的协调能力、吞咽能力。 误区7：断奶过早或突然断奶 都市人往往因为工作的需要，或是嫌喂奶麻烦、怕乳房下垂，便早早地让孩子断了奶。殊不知，母乳是婴儿最好、营养最全面的食品，断奶过早是不利于孩子健康的。一般宜于孩子9~12 个月时通过增加食用牛奶和辅食、减少喂奶的次数而缓慢、自然地断奶，不要突然断奶。有的母亲将药物或辛辣品涂在乳头上，还有的离开孩子一段时间，从而迫使其放弃母乳，这都是非常错误的，会引起其抗拒辅食，甚至会觉得妈妈不爱他，造成心理伤害。 误区8：吃饭变成交易 现在的家庭一般只有一个小孩，常出现过于溺爱，吃饭时往往几个人追着喂，甚至为了让小孩吃饭而与他(她)讨价还价，例如：不让小孩看电视他(她)就不吃；给一元钱就吃一碗；让他(她)打父亲一下就吃一口这样的做法，不是让孩子明白吃饭是身体需要、健康需要，而是变成一种不正当的交易​​。 一些孩子吃精制的米、面(包括粥、馒头、面包)过多，可这些精制食物不但没有提供反而消耗了大量的维生素，造成维生素缺乏。对于这些碳水化合物，应该给婴儿多吃一些杂粮，如玉米、红薯、燕麦、豆类等，米饭则应以糙米为主。有的家长给小孩喂好吃的垃圾食品，如碳酸饮料(可乐等)、饼干、方便面、香肠、罐头和腌制、油炸、烧烤类食物等，更是大错特错。<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

误区1：贪多求快</p>
<p>有的家长对喂养孩子缺乏耐心，不管孩子是否吃饱了、是否喜欢吃，总是强行给孩子喂奶、灌食物。这样不但加重孩子的消化负担，伤害肠胃，而且可能引起孩子长大后厌食、叛逆。还有的家长只顾把自己喜欢吃的食物添加给孩子，忽视了营养和婴儿的口味，也是错误的。</p>
<p>辅食添加应讲究少量、多次、现做。传统思想认为把孩子喂得胖乎乎的就营养、健康，这其实是一种无知。营养讲究均衡，脂肪、糖类过多导致今后患糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、癌症等危险性增加。</p>
<p>误区2：辅食添加过早或过晚</p>
<p>有的婴儿在0~3 个月就被喂食半固体、固体食物，这将伤害其消化系统，而且营养也难以吸收。孩子在这个时期肠胃很脆弱，只能喂给其母乳和米汤、果菜汁等液体。</p>
<p>婴儿4~6 个月大时，应开始添加辅食作为母乳的补充，过晚则导致营养不足，影响小孩的身体发育、健康状况。<span id="more-1107"></span></p>
<p>误区3：品种过少</p>
<p>我们经常可见到一些孩子偏食、挑食，导致营养不均衡、体弱多病，而这往往是因为婴儿时期吃的食物品种单一造成的。如果家长只将自己爱做的几种食物给孩子吃，那就埋下了隐患。要注意品种丰富、荤素搭配，给孩子均衡的营养，并可让他(她)从小就形成食物多样化的好习惯。</p>
<p>误区4：饮食不健康</p>
<p>我们每个人应坚持清淡饮食的原则，控制油、盐、糖类的摄入，这也是世界卫生组织和中国营养学会的建议。应该从婴儿期开始培养健康饮食的习惯。有的家长让孩子让食物过甜、过咸，甚至添加味精、鸡精等调味品，婴儿从小形成了不良的习惯。</p>
<p>误区5：不讲卫生</p>
<p>有的家长经常将婴儿吃的食物存放在冰箱里，很容易滋生细菌。还有的餐具、厨具不消毒，食物不新鲜、不卫生、来源不可靠等，或者自己吃过的食物再喂给孩子吃，这都是不卫生的。</p>
<p>误区6：用奶嘴喂食</p>
<p>这是新妈们最容易踩进的误区，有的婴儿习惯通过人工奶嘴喝液体食物，甚至晚上含着它睡觉。使用人工奶嘴会造成污染，还可发生胃肠道过敏反应，更重要的是易使婴儿产生乳头错觉由于人工奶嘴比妈妈的乳头更软，只需轻轻吸就能喝到食物，导致孩子以后就拒绝吸吮母乳。</p>
<p>正确的方法是盛入碗或杯内用勺喂​​食宝宝，这样能锻炼宝宝嘴和舌的协调能力、吞咽能力。</p>
<p>误区7：断奶过早或突然断奶</p>
<p>都市人往往因为工作的需要，或是嫌喂奶麻烦、怕乳房下垂，便早早地让孩子断了奶。殊不知，母乳是婴儿最好、营养最全面的食品，断奶过早是不利于孩子健康的。一般宜于孩子9~12 个月时通过增加食用牛奶和辅食、减少喂奶的次数而缓慢、自然地断奶，不要突然断奶。有的母亲将药物或辛辣品涂在乳头上，还有的离开孩子一段时间，从而迫使其放弃母乳，这都是非常错误的，会引起其抗拒辅食，甚至会觉得妈妈不爱他，造成心理伤害。</p>
<p>误区8：吃饭变成交易</p>
<p>现在的家庭一般只有一个小孩，常出现过于溺爱，吃饭时往往几个人追着喂，甚至为了让小孩吃饭而与他(她)讨价还价，例如：不让小孩看电视他(她)就不吃；给一元钱就吃一碗；让他(她)打父亲一下就吃一口这样的做法，不是让孩子明白吃饭是身体需要、健康需要，而是变成一种不正当的交易​​。</p>
<p>一些孩子吃精制的米、面(包括粥、馒头、面包)过多，可这些精制食物不但没有提供反而消耗了大量的维生素，造成维生素缺乏。对于这些碳水化合物，应该给婴儿多吃一些杂粮，如玉米、红薯、燕麦、豆类等，米饭则应以糙米为主。有的家长给小孩喂好吃的垃圾食品，如碳酸饮料(可乐等)、饼干、方便面、香肠、罐头和腌制、油炸、烧烤类食物等，更是大错特错。</p>

家长可以先跟孩子说自己要做的事，并与孩子一同讨论及安排这段时间可进行哪些活动。孩子想引起妈妈注意，此时给予注意只会强化孩子的行为。所以要忽略孩子哭闹行为。如果孩子能安静做自己的事，则立即给予具体称赞。家长在执行上述管教技巧时，需贯彻执行，不因孩子的干扰行为而妥协。<br />
在管教过程中，家长保持冷静中性态度很重要，若情绪因此受到孩子行为影响，往往导致双方僵持，甚至失控结果。家长保持稳定的情绪及一致管教方式，孩子将会慢慢学到，只有好好说话与表现，才能得到大人回应。</p>
